Small Group Training is perfect for anyone who enjoys the atmosphere of a traditional group class, as well as, the attention to detail you receive in a Personal Training session.
Small group classes are specifically programmed to meet the goals of each class while providing an extra aspect of motivation from your fellow class mates.
​ The Built Mom Tough Class is a Women's Boot Camp focused on high rep strength training.  
Beginning in May.
The Find your Figure class is a Women's Weight Loss class focused on a large amount of weight loss utilizing a heavy Cardio Program and will also begin in May.  
​My top priority is to help you achieve long lasting Lifestyle Change to ensure you never have to start over again!
