Small Group Training is perfect for anyone who enjoys the atmosphere of a traditional group class, as well as, the attention to detail you receive in a Personal Training session.
Small group classes are specifically programmed to meet the goals of each class while providing an extra aspect of motivation from your fellow class mates. The Built Mom Tough Class is a Women's Boot Camp focused on high rep strength training. Beginning in May. The Find your Figure class is a Women's Weight Loss class focused on a large amount of weight loss utilizing a heavy Cardio Program and will also begin in May. My top priority is to help you achieve long lasting Lifestyle Change to ensure you never have to start over again! |
